Au sein du groupe Ubisoft , le siège des studios de création joue un rôle essentiel dans la conception de nos jeux En lien étroit avec la direction et nos studios à l’international, notre rôle est d’accompagner les équipes projets sur des sujets variés (process de production, design, orientation de jeu, contenu, pilotage financier, ressources humaines) afin de leur permettre de développer des jeux de qualité tout en gardant une cohérence éditoriale et stratégique. Cette position privilégiée permet à nos collaborateurs d’avoir une vision globale sur les projets en cours de développement.
L’équipe :
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Production Communities & Competitive Intelligence du siège des studios de création d’Ubisoft (Production Internationale), vous participez à l’organisation de rencontres internationales d’experts du jeu vidéo dont l’objectif est de faciliter la circulation des savoirs et meilleures pratiques au sein de nos studios répartis dans le monde.
Vos missions :
Vous participez à l’organisation de l’Ubisoft Developers Conference, événement annuel tech incontournable des studios d’Ubisoft. Il rassemble chaque année en physique près de 1000 experts issus des métiers de la production des jeux vidéo (et en digital plus de 6000 viewers) qui viennent partager leurs dernières innovations et challenges technologiques, ainsi que networker avec leurs pairs.Dans ce contexte, vos missions dans le cadre de cet événement sont les suivantes :
Vous participez à la mise à jour du site internet : vous créez les textes, suivez et participez aux tests, récupérez et mettez à jour le contenu du site ; Vous participez au suivi des speakers au moment de l’ouverture des inscriptions jusqu’ à l’événement (préparation et répétitions), suivi du contenu et des sujets clés de l’événement ; Vous assurez le suivi des contributeurs tout au long de la préparation de l’événement. Vous serez notamment en lien avec les différents partenaires techniques et logistiques de l’événement (vidéastes, plateau TV…). Vous participerez à l’analyse des KPIs post événement et à l’implémentation de recommandations d’amélioration. Organisation d’événements pour nos communautésEn fonction du calendrier des événements, vous serez amené.e à participer à l’organisation d’événements dédiés à nos communautés.
Enfin, vous aiderez la Team Lead events dans le déploiement et le maintien de l’Event hub (plateforme recensant les événements internes de la Production Internationale).
Qualifications
Votre anglais est impérativement courant (à l’écrit comme à l’oral) ; Vous savez être flexible et montrez une bonne capacité d’adaptation en cas de situations imprévues ; Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie, de dynamisme, et d’un sens développé de l’écoute et du service ; Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, rédactionnelles et organisationnelles ; Vous êtes force de proposition, créatif(ve) et curieux(se) ; Vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse et l’envie de développer des compétences analytiques. Vous maîtrisez la suite Office et la suite Adobe (la maitrise de SharePoint/Wordpress et création de contenu vidéo est un plus).
