The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Shopify Chat, Emails, Instagram, and Facebook (both DMs and comments) within 15 minutes.
  • Knowledge of Shopify Admin Cabinets.
  • Utilize AI tools like GPT Chat to craft concise, effective responses while adhering to the company’s tone and using accurate information.
  • Provide active feedback and include significant information in reports.
  • Collaborate in the creation of a standardized reporting template.
  • Regularly update the FAQ in the Notion Database and work with the marketing team to address unanswered questions.



Work Schedule:

7:00 PM to 11:00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) - 4 hours a day. Monthly Salary 350$.

The role will initially require availability 7 days a week, but this may be adjusted in the future


The Profile

  • Strong communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in Customer Service for at least 1 year
  • Experience in a E-commerce company is a huge advantage
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
  • Experience in working within the e-commerce business is an advantage.
