**Job**

MAIN TASKS
- Lead SPLANG Customer Service (operated by Marlink)
- In charge of internal and external reporting
- Support Cayenne Office general means activities (logistics,)

ACTIVITIES:
Drive SPLANG Customer Service
- Build and deploy sales strategy and action plan in line with SPLANG target,
- Drive Marketing plan to ease service adoption and promotion,
- Lead delivery of service portfolio,
- Ensure customer support in line with service level agreement.

Reporting
- Build and present contractual reports, in line with activity,
- Produce regular and on demand report requested by management in regards to : activities, employees, and Cayenne Office,
- Propose evolutions and improvement for employees, activities, markets,

Cayenne Office
- Main Point of Contact toward Management, HR or externals,
- Manage support activities (general means, logistics, vehicles,)
- Ensure organization of corporate events requested by Management, HR, Marcom,

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Used to Offices 365 and cloud environment,
- Ability to be a spoke person,
- Able to listen and analyze
- Capacity to report and good writing capabilities
- Languages: French mandatory, English : good professional capabilities other local languages are welcome.
- Driving license mandatory
