Job Description

Dans le cadre du développement d’une nouvelle offre de services à destination des artistes (« Artist Services »), Believe recherche un Sales Operations Project Manager basé à Paris. Rattaché au Head of Sales Operations Artist Services, il aura pour principales missions :

1.   Être le point de support privilégié des équipes commerciales en charge des offres, pour comprendre et cadrer leurs besoins business et les traduire en stratégie de déploiement opérationnel 

2.   Définir, piloter et coordonner de A à Z le déploiement des opérations commerciales en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes back-office (Comptabilité, Contrôle de gestion, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Tech, Training, Customer Support, etc…) afin de garantir le time-to-market et le niveau de service de ces offres tel que définis avec nos équipes commerciales 

3.     Définir, mettre en place, évaluer et suivre des KPIs et reportings réguliers sur les différents périmètres afin de mesurer la réussite du déploiement, le niveau de service attendu et permettre le pilotage du bon déploiement de ces offres (qualité, performance, satisfaction) 

4.   Harmoniser / adapter si besoin les process afin de garantir en permanence leur adéquation avec les nouvelles offres déployées et le niveau de service recherché

5.   De même, s’assurer en permanence de l’adéquation des outils et logiciels existants aux besoins business et le cas échéant, identifier les besoins d’évolution des outils actuels ou les besoins de déploiement de nouveaux outils, en collaboration avec les services concernés, porteurs de ces outils (ex : CRM, outil de gestion des contrats, outil de gestion du contenu audio/vidéo, Support Client, etc…).


Qualifications

  • De formation supérieure, Ecole de commerce, Université ou Ecole d’ingénieur
  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet et/ou en Cabinet de Conseil avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et/ou en déploiement d’offres commerciales
  • Dynamique, force de proposition, forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse des besoins et de résolution de problèmes
  • Autonomie et capacité à être force de proposition
  • Grande aptitude à insuffler et à conduire des changements dans l’organisation, avec d’excellentes aptitudes à fédérer et à travailler en équipe en mode collaboratif
  • Une forte capacité opérationnelle à déployer une vision business est un must
  • La connaissance du secteur digital est un plus
  • Anglais indispensable, goût pour l’International.
