Rattaché au Training & Business Processes Manager, le Training & Business Processes Officer est en charge de la formation initiale & continue du plateau commercial. Il doit donc connaitre nos différents process & outils & être force de proposition sur l’amélioration continue.

Formation initiale et continue :

    • Préparer & configurer l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs (Licences outils, configuration outils, intégration.. )
    • Traiter les sorties des collaborateurs (fichiers de suivis, outils..)
    • Former en présentiel le plateau commercial
    • Coordonner les formations animées par nos experts métier
    • Communiquer sur les nouveaux process & outils
    • Animer des points de suivi & des bilans de formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
    • Organiser & coordonner les SRP Skills (bilan de compétences)
    • Créer & mettre à jour nos modules de formation

Amélioration continue :

    • Envoyer, analyser & définir des plans d’action d’amélioration suite au questionnaire des irritants
    • Etre force de proposition sur l’amélioration de nos outils
    • Enrichir & analyser les suivis de formation
    • Envoyer une scorecard de notre activité

Animation du plateau commercial :

    • Organiser & animer nos SRPx
    • Organiser les vis ma vie avec les métiers transverses pour les nouveaux collaborateurs
    • Organiser les visites de Sales Factory & de nos entrepôts à Saint Witz
    • Etre support au quotidien du plateau commercial
