GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Dev Supervisor, you will be in charge of orchestrating a "software" team to implement and maintain tools for all manufacturing departments. 

You will also help organize the evolution of the Studio Pipeline, based on the framework proposed by the core team. 

In addition, your role will be to concretize the year's tactical roadmap provided by the Supervisor, and to participate in the elaboration of those for the coming years.

MAIN TASKS

Coordinate and supervise team activitiesEnsure the proper distribution of tasks within the team, to guarantee balance and consistency in the tasks assigned.Build and respect a schedule in line with the roadmap provided by the supervisor.Ensure the proper execution of tasks assigned to the teamEnsure that team members understand their role in achieving objectivesIdentify key issues/priorities in complex situationsRegularly liaise directly with Manufacturing/ProductionMaintain a balance between operations and managementAct as a role model for team membersEncourage team collaboration and information sharingProvide constructive feedback to improve performanceValue team contributions and recognize achievements and effortsFoster an inclusive work environment
