Votre cadre de travail :

Basé.e à Paris, vous rejoindrez le département Property and Asset Service
(PAS).

Vous aurez pour rôle de créer des écosystèmes de restauration et de loisirs
durables dans tous les actifs gérés par Nhood. Le but étant de positionner
la restauration et les loisirs au cœur des nouvelles destinations Nhood
dans chaque territoire.

La mission du poste est organisée autour de 4 axes :

* Fournir la meilleure expérience d'offre, design et services aux
habitants territoire ;
* Fournir une offre équilibrée qui répond aux besoins du territoire ;
* Dégager une rentabilité économique attendue pour tous les partenaires
;
* Avoir un impact positif au niveau de la RSE, en privilégiant l'offre
locale pour favoriser le circuit court.

Vos missions :

* Suivi des projets internationaux : Suivre et être en charge de
la gestion de projets à l'international.
* Développement commercial : Rechercher de nouveaux mandats au niveau
international, tant pour les marques que pour les propriétaires.
* Rapport sur l'Impact des F&B et des Loisirs : Produire des rapports
détaillés sur l'impact des activités F&B et loisirs au sein du
groupe, en mettant en évidence les opportunités d'amélioration. Un
travail sur la qualité des données est à mener.
* Soutien aux Mandats Internationaux : Assister le Directeur Global F&B
et Loisirs dans l'analyse, la coordination avec les équipes locales,
le suivi et autres tâches nécessaires pour soutenir les initiatives
internationales dans ce domaine.
* Gestion de comptes au niveau Global des Marques F&B et des Concepts
de Loisirs : Agir en tant que Key Account Manager pour les marques
F&B et les concepts de loisirs au niveau mondial, en travaillant à
leur mise en œuvre dans d'autres pays du groupe et en soutenant le
Directeur des Relations Locataires.
* Recherche et Identification de Concepts Innovants : Effectuer une
veille active pour découvrir de nouveaux concepts et initiatives dans
les domaines de la restauration et des loisirs. Développer des
partenariats avec des concepts innovants pour enrichir l'offre de
notre groupe.
* Représentation internationale : Etre le représentant de Nhood au
niveau international et développer son propre réseau.

Votre profil :

* Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation de niveau Bac +5 en commerce.
* Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine de
la gestion Food & Beverage et des loisirs à un niveau international.
* Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler
efficacement avec des équipes multiculturelles à travers le monde.
* Esprit d'initiative et capacité démontrée à identifier et à
promouvoir des concepts innovants.
* La maitrise de l'anglais professionnel est obligatoire.
* Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler avec des
ensembles de données.

Your working environment :

Based in Paris, you will join the Property and Asset Service (PAS)
department.

Your role will be to create sustainable restaurant and leisure ecosystems
in all the assets managed by Nhood. The aim is to position dining and
leisure at the heart of new Nhood destinations in each territory.

Your missions :

* International project management : Monitor and manage international
projects
* Business development: Seek out new mandates internationally, for both
brands and owners.
* F&B and Leisure Impact Reporting : Produce detailed reports on the
impact of F&B and leisure activities within the Group, highlighting
opportunities for improvement. Work on data quality is required.
* Support for International Mandates : Assist the Global F&B and
Leisure Manager with analysis, coordination with local teams,
monitoring and other tasks required to support international
initiatives in this area.
* Global Account Management of F&B Brands and Leisure Concepts : Act as
Key Account Manager for F&B brands and leisure concepts globally,
working on their implementation in other Group countries and
supporting the Director of Tenant Relations.
* Research and Identification of Innovative Concepts : Maintain an
active watch to discover new concepts and initiatives in the
restaurant and leisure sectors. Develop partnerships with innovative
concepts to enrich our Group's offering.
* International representation : Represent Nhood internationally and
develop your own network

Your profile :

* You have a 5-year degree in business.
* At least 5 years' experience in Food & Beverage and leisure
management at international level.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with
multicultural teams worldwide.
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify and promote
innovative concepts.
* Fluency in professional English is mandatory.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data sets.
