Job Responsibilities- Responsible for achieving a defined sales quota at both named and potential partners and end users in France;
- Has experience creating Sales Dev GTM Strategies: Knows how to create and implement strategies to generate leads and drive pipeline growth;
- Values Research and Qualification: Will investigate and conduct needs analysis to determine a customer or prospect's fit. Will understand how to uncover the challenges facing a business in a defined industry and/or line of business;
- Prospect for new sales opportunities, cultivate sales leads, grow partners,  schedule customer site visits with the goal of ultimately obtaining a purchase order;
- Travel to customer manufacturing facilities to demonstrate products and review applications/issues in order provide solutions to these applications;
- Capture competitive data and continuously update other project details in CRM system;
- Assist at trade shows and other marketing events to generate qualified leads;
- Generate leads by collecting information on customer’s complex vision applications beyond the capabilities of assigned Industrial, ID and Vision Sensor products.


Job Requirements- Has a minimum of 3+ years of experience within varying aspects of sales, business development and/or territory management;
- Previous experiences in B2B sales or channel sales (MUST HAVE);
- Sales experience in automation, manufacturing, intralogistics industry is a plus;
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with a major in Computer, electronics, communication, automation or marketing, is an advantage but not required;
- Demonstrate exceptional passion, emotional intelligence, maturity, and good judgement;
- French, Chinese, and English can be used as working languages.
- Driving license is a plus.
