Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines Groupe, vous êtes en charge de l’accompagnement RH de la région Nord sur nos deux pôles métiers : Digital Systems et Operations Performance. Le périmètre est composé de nos sites d’Ile de France et de Lille et compte plus de 600 collaborateurs.
Dans un contexte de forte croissance sur un marché très concurrentiel, nos enjeux RH résident dans le recrutement, la fidélisation de nos talents, le développement de notre marque employeur , la qualité managériale et l’accompagnement de l’intégration de nouvelles sociétés au sein du Groupe.
Sous la supervision directe du HR Manager de la région, votre mission s’articule principalement autour de l’accompagnement de la croissance de notre entreprise et sa politique de différenciation aux travers notamment de ses pratiques managériales et l’expérience collaborateur proposée :
- Vous conseillez les managers dans l’accompagnement des collaborateurs et des équipes au quotidien, afin de garantir le respect du cadre social et de l’application des processus Scalian
- Vous accompagnez la montée en compétences des pratiques managériales (individuelles et animation équipes) pour accroitre l’apport de valeur auprès de nos consultants et in fine agir sur la fidélisation
- Vous aidez les managers dans la définition des plans de développement et d’action individuels, et la fixation des objectifs annuels et évaluation de la performance.
- Vous monitorez la projection professionnelle de nos collaborateurs et l’homogénéité de nos pratiques en matière de rémunération lors des comités carrières et people reviews.
- Vous suivez la mise en place des actions de fidélisation décidées et mesurez l’impact de celles-ci.
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place du plan de formation de votre région, vous vous assurez de son déploiement.
- Vous garantissez le respect et la qualité du processus de Onboarding.
- Vous monitorez les process et la performance de votre activité en alimentant des KPI RH que vous partagez avec les opérationnels et avec la direction RH.
- Vous êtes force de proposition et proposez des initiatives pour répondre à nos enjeux RH/Business locaux et nationaux.

- Homme/femme de terrain , vous vous positionnez comme un soutien solide pour vos interlocuteurs opérationnels autour des problématiques RH et juridiques ,
- Vous avez une appétence pour les sujets de développement RH , d’ accompagnement managéria l et de fidélisation ,
- Votre sens du contact , prise d’initiative et votre capacité d’adaptation seront les clés du succès pour accompagner le changement dans un contexte de fort développement du Groupe.
