The Integration Delivery Lead is in charge of the Integration Analyst Team for the O+O (Online, Omni sales) domain integration. The Integration Analyst team oversees the design of high-volume, real-time or batch data exchanges, including API, Events, and Microservices Architecture. They provide analysis and specifications for data models and data mapping/translation schemas that integrate separate data sources.
He will join the Global Integration Solution & Architecture team at L'Oréal, focusing on data exchange, API and Event design, as well as mediation/middleware architecture.

Main missions
Manage and coordinate the Data integration Analyst (External, Internal) Work Closely with stakeholders (EA, O+O Domain) to understand business requirements and data integration needs. Collaborate with others Integration Team to ensure that user needs, and feedback are incorporated into solution design and improvements. Work Closely with Integration Architecture and Factory to secure and accelerate the delivery Ensure compliance with L’Oréal Integration Architecture Strategy. Analyze Data Integration performances and design improvement Provide guidance and mentorship to data integration teams. Support integration project delivery Provide KPIs and visibility on the delivery capacity of the team Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration.Subsidiary missions
Contributes to healthcare application integration strategy and implementation in the community. Facilitate training on integration techniques and methods, including creation of documentation for such trainingSTILL INTERESTED?

Hard skills
Experience in API Concept, programming concepts and Data Integration design patterns. Experience Designing API or Webservices (REST & SOAP) Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures. Experience on at last one Integration tools of the market (Mulesoft, Workato, Webmethods, Boomi, Informatica….). Knowledge on Cloud Integration concept (IPaas). Experience in leading technical deliveries (CI/CD).Soft skills
Team and Project management Strong organizational and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing Efficient communication skills. Ability to understand the business and assimilates the overall business strategy of the company, the long-term needs of users/customers. Ability to work in a team-based setting and alone in a worldwide environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field. Proven experience in engineering and integration API architecture design.
