Le System Team Leader Salesforce rattaché au Centre d'ExcellenceSalesforce AG2R La Mondiale a la charge du Release management, dela Production et de la Sécurité de nos ORGs Salesforce. Il animeune équipe de 8 personnes.Ses responsabilités sont :La mise en place, le maintien et l'amélioration des pipelinesde mise en production des Orgs Salesforce AG2R La Mondiale :ORG B2B - ORG B2CLa supervision et la sécurité de ces Orgs Salesforce.La conformité des déploiements (Contenu - Qualité - Sécurité)dans les différents environnements (dans une démarche DevOps -intégration continue) selon le planning des Releases AG2R LaMondialeLa coordination et l'alignement de l'ensemble desintervenants du processus de déploiements des Releases Salesforce.La planification et la communication du Release Planning desORGs Salesforce AG2R La Mondiale à l'ensemble des acteursconcernés
Profil recherché :
Avec au moins 8 ans d'expérience en tant que System Team Leaderou Release Manager dans un contexte Salesforce, vous avez :Une forte expérience de mise en place et d'utilisation de laplateforme d'intégration continue Copado dans le cadre d'unprogramme SalesforceUne maitrise des fondamentaux ITILUne bonne maîtrise des méthodologies agiles et notamment laméthodologie SCRUM / SafeUne forte expérience du développement avec un gestionnaire desource GITUne connaissance approfondie de l'outil CopadoUne connaissance approfondie de l'outil ODASEVAUne expérience approfondie SFDXUne expérience de l'utilisation de JiraCertification Copado est un plusCertification ADMIN 201 est un plusConnaissance technique et fonctionnelle de Sales Cloud,Service Cloud est un plus.Connaissance de FSC est un plusUn bon relationnel et une bonne communicationD'excellentes capacités d'organisation
