Ogury , une entreprise innovante et en pleine expansion, recherche un(e) alternant(e) Client Success Executive pour rejoindre notre équipe en France. Tu travailleras avec une équipe locale sur un produit novateur, pour aider nos clients à déployer leurs stratégies médias mobiles. Cette opportunité te permettra de contribuer directement à la satisfaction et au succès des clients. Tu participeras à la gestion des comptes, à l'optimisation de leurs campagnes, et tu t'assureras qu'ils atteignent leurs objectifs. Ce que tu feras :

Assister l'équipe commerciale dans la gestion d'un portefeuille clients Créer des propositions et des recommandations médias pour tes clients Suivre et analyser les campagnes des principaux annonceurs Gérer les campagnes de rebooking et upweight directement avec les clients Troubleshooting avec les équipes Adops Participer à des des bilans trimestriels avec les principaux clients Créer des rapports de fin de campagne, analyser les résultats et les présenter aux clients Maintenir à jour tes connaissances sur toutes les solutions d'Ogury Analyser les insights pour faire des recommandations aux clients

Tu es passionné(e) par la publicité, les technologies numériques et l'écosystème mobile Tu es minutieux(se), à l'aise avec les chiffres et possèdes de solides compétences analytiques et relationnelles Tu apprends vite et es proactif(ve) dans ton travail Tu parles couramment le français et idéalement l'anglais aussi Si tu as des connaissances en programmatique, c'est un grand plus Prêt(e) pour le défi et désireux(se) d'apprendre dans un environnement dynamique ?
