At Palo Alto Networks, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Global Customer Service organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our largest and most strategic customers in the EMEA region.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer adoption and growth across our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and technical teams to understand customer security priorities and translate them into actionable success plans.
- Partner with our sales team to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer renewals.
- Collaborate with our professional services team to deliver high-quality customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
- Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations.
- Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with C-suite executives and technical teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
- Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization, managing customer escalations, and balancing customer expectations.
- Fluent French speaking skills alongside English is required for this role.
