Votre rôle dans notre organisation :

Sous le leadership de votre Responsable des opérations, vous êtes le garant de l’excellence opérationnelle & du management des talents de votre équipe dans le cadre de l’activation de programmes Field Force de marques clientes.

Responsable de votre compte client et maître d’œuvre du développement du compte, vos missions sont les suivantes :

- Pilotage de la relation client stratégique et opérationnelle
- Management d'équipes internes et terrain (Chefs de projet / Chefs de secteur / Vendeurs permanents / Responsables régionaux etc. )
- Suivi du respect des process et de la politique TechSell
- Anticipation et élaboration de propositions & recommandations stratégiques et pro-actives

Vos missions et votre aventure au quotidien

- Vous approprier la stratégie client, décliner la stratégie opérationnelle à mettre en place (priorités, budget, moyens,…) et les plans d’actions correspondants.- Définir les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels trimestriels.
- Animer des meeting hebdomadaires chez le client et consolider un reporting stratégique incluant des recommandations pro-actives.
- Piloter & animer les objectifs et KPIs de performance des programmes et des équipes en garantissant la marge opérationnelle de l’Agence, dans le cadre de reporting quotidien/hebdo/mensuel.
- Suivre et manager votre équipe notamment dans le cadre de meeting hebdomadaires et de tournées terrain hebdomadaires sur le territoire national.- Gérer également la facturation client et le suivi de son encaissement (DSO).
- Reporter de votre activité à votre manager dans le cadre de point hebdomadaire.- Etre force de structuration & de recommandations stratégiques pour pérenniser et développer le compte dont vous êtes chargé.- Contribuer par vos actions et votre management, à l’émergence d’un climat collaboratif entre les équipes du client et l’environnement global de l’entreprise.

Profil recherché

Etes vous notre futur Account Manager / Chef des ventes Nationales?

- Vous justifiez d’une expérience consolidée de 2 ans minimum, dans une fonction similaire et/ou de Management de terrain.

- Vous avez une vision précise de la relation tripartite (Client, Agence, Distribution) et de bonnes connaissances en techniques sales & marketing opérationnel.

- Meneur d’Hommes et confirmé dans le management d’équipes à distance et sur le terrain, votre leadership et votre capacité à influencer, votre forte orientation business & votre goût du challenge sont reconnues.

- Vous vous appuyez sur votre excellence relationnelle, vos qualités de communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et vos fortes compétences organisationnelles et analytiques pour réussir.

- Vous savez pilotez vos budgets et vos objectifs de marge.

- Votre niveau d'anglais est bon (on a dit bon )

- Ambitieux et enthousiaste, votre détermination, votre persévérance, votre sens client… vos réseaux solides dans les univers adressés par notre agence, feront aussi la différence.
