Airbus Cybersecurity School is a unique initiative. 

Airbus offers you a work-study contract covering both your training at the Airbus Cybersecurity School (in partnership with Ynov Campus, Toulouse) and your apprenticeship at Airbus.

This opportunity is open only to students who have completed their Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School and who wish to pursue their academic journey for an additional two years with the Master's degree programme (RNCP certification level 7).

Airbus Cybersecurity School

Airbus offers you the opportunity to follow a comprehensive and immersive cybersecurity in aeronautics work-study apprenticeship programme, which means alternating between being a student of the Airbus Cybersecurity School and being part of our operational teams (Digital & IM, Corporate Security, etc.).

Your apprenticeship 

An apprenticeship offer entitled “Enterprise Security Architecture” (M/F) has just opened within Airbus Commercial on its Blagnac site.

You will join the Enterprise Security Architecture (VCA) department. 

This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and will last for 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities :

In a cross-divisional team in charge of the enterprise security architecture, you will be supervised by your Airbus tutor and will participate in:

  • The animation and development of the SecDevOps community (Session preparations, animation & coordination, contact with solutions providers, governance)

  • The authoring of various Enterprise Security Standards, Architecture Patterns and Technical notes

  • Undertake background research of Enterprise-grade security products (products identification, analysis and comparison with the market)

  • Enterprise Security Architecture product evolution (e.g security baseline assessment and creation tool, grading system..)

  • Project Security baseline definition using our internal SCORE framework

  • Security architecture security architecture assessment of critical & cross-divisional business projects

  • Contribution to our cybersecurity newsletter (global cybersecurity intelligence, articles selection, Google site update, coordination with the security awareness team)

  • Project Security baseline definition

Competences & prerequisites :

You have completed your Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School.

Hard skills

  • Knowledge of administrating operating systems (Windows and/or Linux): 2-Good knowledge

  • Knowledge of operating system hardening (Windows and/or RedHat Linux): 2-Good knowledge

  • Knowledge of administrating networks LAN/ W-LAN/ WAN equipment and LAN/ WLAN / WAN services (Switch, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Router, VPN): 2-Good knowledge

  • Knowledge of managing network security (Firewall, VPN-Gateway, Proxy, Probes): 2-Good knowledge

  • Knowledge of Cloud computing, solutions and architecture (AWS, Azur): 2-Good knowledge

  • Knowledge of Project management (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban): 1-Basic

  • Knowledge of programming and / or scripting (SQL, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Python, VBScript, powershell/Bash): 1-Basic

  • Knowledge of SecDevOps platforms (Github):2-Good knowledge 

  • Knowledge of a selection and/ or administration of the Security tools (Encryption: SafeGuard Easy,  PKI Management ; Monitoring: Mcafee): 1-Basic

  • Knowledge of how to capture and manage an organisation's, system's and/or product's key security risks and compliance: 1-Basic
