Contexte
Une grande organisation internationale recherche un Salesforce Service Cloud Tech Lead / Architect pour intégrer son équipe CRM et accompagner des projets stratégiques. Le rôle consiste à superviser l'implémentation, l'architecture et le développement de solutions sur la plateforme Salesforce Service Cloud.
Localisation : Paris
Durée : 1 an, renouvelable tous les 3 mois
Télétravail : Possible (2 jours/semaine)
Présence au bureau : 3 jours/semaine avec une présence obligatoire certains jours précis
Langues requises : Français et Anglais courants

A propos du poste :

Responsabilités
1. Gestion des projets Salesforce Service Cloud
o Accompagner les équipes internes lors de la mise en oeuvre des projets Salesforce Service Cloud.
o Analyser et challenger les propositions des partenaires, notamment sur le design et les charges de travail.
o Participer aux phases de découverte et de conception des projets.
o Assurer la conformité des projets avec les bonnes pratiques Salesforce.
o Garantir des solutions évolutives, performantes et alignées avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation.
o Effectuer des reportings réguliers aux équipes concernées.
2. Production de nouveaux assets
o Analyser les besoins fonctionnels avec les parties prenantes (marketing, clienteling, etc.).
o Produire des architectures techniques et détailler les solutions en tâches exploitables.
o Participer au développement, aux tests et à la documentation technique.
o Coordonner les interactions entre les équipes CRM et les autres équipes techniques (ex. marketing, clienteling).
3. Déploiement et support
o Accompagner les équipes dans l'intégration et l'utilisation des nouvelles solutions Salesforce.
o Réaliser des démonstrations des solutions développées.
o Fournir des recommandations pour adapter les outils aux besoins des utilisateurs finaux.
o Assurer le support technique et répondre aux questions liées à Salesforce Service Cloud.
4. Veille technologique
o Réaliser des analyses d'impact des nouvelles versions Salesforce Service Cloud.
o Évaluer les nouveaux modules ou solutions technologiques liés à la plateforme.

Profil recherché :

Profil recherché
o Expérience : 10 à 15 ans dans la mise en oeuvre de projets CRM Salesforce (Service Cloud et Sales Cloud).
o Expertise technique :
o Très bonne connaissance des plateformes Salesforce, y compris les aspects sécurité.
o Expérience dans la conception de systèmes robustes et scalables.
o Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en solutions architecturales.
o Leadership :
o Capacité à animer des ateliers techniques et fonctionnels.
o Encadrement des équipes techniques, suivi des standards de développement et revue de code.
o Outils : Maîtrise de Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, et Confluence.
o Langues : Français et Anglais courants.
o Compétences transversales :
o Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
o Esprit analytique et orientation solution.
o Capacité à s'intégrer dans un environnement complexe et collaboratif.
