VOTRE MISSION

Rattaché à la Direction International du dpt Contract & Risk Management Engineering&Construction, vous intervenezsur des projets d'infrastructures de Traitement des Eaux et Déchets à l'International. 

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Réaliser l’analyse contractuelle des cahiers des charges en phase d’appel d’offre. Contribuer à la rédaction / négociation des accords de partenariat et/ou de sous-traitance.

- Sensibiliser et animer l'équipe proposition / projet sur les obligations contractuelles de la société,

- Piloter l'optimisation de la maîtrise des risques et opportunités par le levier de la gestion contractuelle (techniques/opérationnels, délais, financier) (offre comme execution).

- Garantir un suivi détaillé des évènements de l'affaire, pour préserver les intérêts de l’entreprise en conservant l’historique et constituant les dossiers de défense ou réclamation nécessaires

- Analyser les déviations du planning baseline en collaboration avec le planificateur et contribuer à la définition et mise en œuvre des plans d’actions correspondants.

- Piloter la préparation des dossiers de réclamation.

- Produire le reporting nécessaire sur son périmètre et partage de bonnes pratiques, Contribuer au REX de l’affaire sur les aspects de gestion contractuelle et des risques.

- Assurer la mise à jour et amélioration continue des modèles, outils et méthodes de contract management de l’entreprise et projets suivis

- Animer des formations et sensibilisation auprès des différentes parties prenantes dans l’entreprise. 

VOTRE PROFIL

Titulaired’un diplôme d’ingénieur (ou équivalent universitaire), vous avez complétévotre formation initiale par une formation juridique ou contractuelle. Vousjustifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire, sur des projetsde conception-construction dans le cadre de marchés publics de travaux français(appels d’offres et/ou exécution).

Votre parcours témoigne également d’uneexpérience réussie en gestion de projet (chef de projet, ingénieur d’affaires,etc.) dans le secteur de la construction process et/ou industrielle. Uneconnaissance des métiers du traitement de l’eau et/ou des déchets serait unatout.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, votre capacité à animeret à fédérer autour d’un projet. Vous êtes à l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral etdisposez d’excellentes aptitudes en négociation.

Votre capacité d’analyse et desynthèse vous permettra de réussir dans vos missions. Vous appréciez le travailen équipe et aimez partager vos connaissances.
La maîtrise des langues française et anglaise est indispensable.
