Duties:

Management of customer complaints within the required timeframe and lead customer communication in autonomous Management of customer audits by ensuring that all questions are answered by the auditors and taking in charge the audit follow-up Handle Customer specification review or creation Follow-up of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits and/or complaints, and check their efficiency. Support in the participation in customer projects or any customer’s requests Participation in internal audits according to the defined plan. Management of projects in link with the quality improvement of the plant

Qualifications / Expériences:

Master’s degree preferred with an emphasis in Engineering, Science 5 years experiences in quality part of pharmaceutical, foods, cosmetic or automative industry Knowledge and experience in Qualité, ISO15378 and GMP requirements Experience in the use of Problem Solving Tools and knowledges in statistical date management Ability in customer facing, in project management Excellent presentation, writing, verbal – Fluent in English is mandatory Ability in the use of computerized system (ERP, statistics software) Demonstrated people skills specific to team spirit and ability to workeffectively and manage multiple tasks in ordre to meet tight deedlines

Missions :

Gestion des réclamations clients (évaluation de la criticité, investigation, définition des actions correctives et préventives, assurer les réponses clients) Gestion des spécifications clients (étude des spécifications, gestion des modifications) Gestion des audits clients (préparation, accueil, suivi et réponse aux rapports clients) Gestion des demandes clients (demandes d’information diverses) et conduite des projets clients S'assurer de la mise en place des actions correctives et préventives dans les délais impartis et évaluer leur efficacité Participer au programme d’audit interne du site Contribuer à l’amélioration continue sur le site et gérer des projets en lien avec l’amélioration de la qualité du site

Qualifications / Expériences :

Niveau de formation : Formation universitaire Bac +4/5 ou équivalent en qualité, chimie ou ingénieur généraliste Niveau d’expérience : Expérience minimum de 5 ans en qualité, en industrie alimentaire, cosmétique ou pharmaceutique Bonne connaissance en Qualité, de la réglementation GMP et des normes ISO Expérience dans l’utilisation des outils de résolutions de problèmes et connaissances dans le traitement de données statistiques Connaissance en relation clients, en gestion de projets Excellente communication orale et écrite, et maîtrise de l’anglais impérative Bonne pratique des logiciels de bureautique, ERP et outil statistique de traitement de données Sens du relationnel, du travail d’équipe et capacité à travailler en situation de stress
