Tu devras suivre et développer une relation de confiance avec les clients de ton portefeuille (Agence de Communication RH, Grand Groupe, Collectivité Territoriale) sur l’ensemble de nos produits et aider et accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation des produits (campagne marketing RH, multidiffusion, parsing).
Nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager Senior pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Paris. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des clients existants et de leur satisfaction globale.
Responsabilités :
- Fournir à nos clients un excellent service après-vente en gérant leurs attentes et en répondant à leurs besoins
- Travailler avec les clients pour comprendre et analyser leurs objectifs et développements
- Assurer une communication régulière avec les clients pour maintenir un bon niveau de satisfaction
- Diriger des projets de marketing numérique et d'analyse de données visant à améliorer les résultats des clients
- Gérer les relations clients et les compétences en matière de négociation pour renouveler les contrats existants et obtenir de nouveaux contrats et réaliser des upsells.
- Coordonner les ressources internes et externes pour garantir la livraison en temps voulu des projets clients
Exigences :
- De formation Bac+5 en Ecole de Commerce, Ingénieur ou similaire, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Customer Success Manager dans le secteur du marketing digital.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et compétences en matière de gestion de projet
- Maitrise de l'anglais
- Expérience avec les outils d'analyse de données et de marketing numérique
- Solides compétences en matière de négociation et de résolution de conflits
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec des clients internationaux
