Rattaché au RRH IDF et au Directeur Opérationnel, vous rejoignez une équipe de 2 HBRP. Vous déployez et animez la politique RH sur l’ensemble de votre périmètre représentant 300 collaborateurs en région IDF.
Généraliste de la fonction avec une forte composante opérationnelle, acteur principal du « just on time », vous conseillez et accompagnez les managers dans le développement et la gestion de leurs équipes en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
- Animation et pilotage de la politique RH Groupe,
- Construction et pilotage du Plan de Recrutement Annuel,
- Accompagnement et conseil auprès des managers lors de projets de transformation ou de réorganisation
- Responsable du parcours d’intégration et de l’animation du processus de fidélisation des collaborateurs,
- Responsable des évolutions internes, détection des « Talents », animation du Comité Carrière, Review,
- Pilotage et suivi des demandes de mobilité
- Détection et animation et pilotage du budget et des besoins en formation
- Définition et mise en œuvre des dispositifs, outils et processus RH associés (Talent review, Processus mobilité et Campus animation des « Talents », Gestion de Compétences…),
- Coaching des opérationnels dans leur performance managériale en lien avec la Politique RH Groupe.
- Pilotage des actions disciplinaires
- Acteur de 1er rang sur les communications RH Groupe,
Qualifications
De Formation bac +5 RH ou droit, vous avez au minimum 3 ans d’expérience et notamment une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire ou de RH généraliste, idéalement dans un secteur technique et en forte pénurie.
- Vous êtes force de proposition sur l’organisation, les process.
- Votre expertise de compétences se conjugue avec une vraie capacité à dialoguer, conseiller et animer les ressources humaines autour des enjeux business opérationnels et en lien avec les valeurs de l’entreprise.
- Vous vous reconnaissez dans un profil "tout terrain" proche des opérationnels et des collaborateurs. Véritable facilitateur, vous êtes reconnu pour votre éthique, votre capacité de résolution des problèmes et de gestion du changement.
Aisance relationnelle, fiabilité, gestion des priorités et esprit d’équipe seront déterminants dans votre réussite sur la fonction.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques EXCEL/POWERPOINT souhaitée.
