Head of Customer Success - Industrie et Deep Learning - CDI - Paris - (H/F)Description longueLa société:J'accompagne le CEO et Co fondateur d'une start-up spécialisée dans l'automatisation de la qualité sur les chaines de productions.Le produit? Ils ont développé une technologie au service de l'industrie et apportent des avantages sans précédent en termes de qualité, d'efficacité et d'impact environnemental.Après un pivot produit il y a un an, nous recherchons leur futur Head of Customer Success pour structurer le pôle Customer en construction.Les missions:Nous cherchons un profil avec l'expérience et la rigueur pour intervenir sur la construction du pôle CS:- Mise en place des processus pour l'onboarding et le suivi des clients- Recruter et accompagner l'équipe Customer Success- Gestion de la relation entre les différentes équipes internes (sales, product, tech) et externes (clients et partenaires)- Mise en place du suivi client pour favoriser les opportunités d'up-sell- Construire un réseau de partenaires privilégiés pour aider les clients dans des intégrations avancéesTon profil:- Tu as une expérience significative sur la construction d'un pôle CS- Tu as managé plusieurs personnes - Tu maîtrises et connais l'environnement de l'industrie et/ou des chaînes de production - Tu es capable de communiquer clairement des idées simples aux idées complexes- La gestion de grands projets avec plusieurs parties prenantes n'a pas de secret pour toi - Tu parles parfaitement anglais Les++:- Une rémunération attractive, entre 80K et 90K de fixe + 20K de variable et stock options- Un projet intrapreneurial- Hybride remote
