Responsabilités :

En tant que logisticien vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise car vous aiderez au bon envoi des colis vers nos cher.e.s client.e.s

Vos responsabilités incluront :

- Emballer les colis avec soin.

- Aide à la gestion du stock et gestion des commandes de réapprovisionnement.

- Assurer une communication avec les clients et l’équipe.

- Utiliser efficacement le CRM (Customer Relationship Management) pour suivre et gérer les interactions avec les clients, ainsi que pour fournir un soutien administratif au département des ventes.

Profil recherché :

Expérience préalable en tant que logisticien et gestion des stock ou dans un rôle similaire.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Fortes compétences en organisation et en gestion des tâches.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de bureau.

Capacité à travailler en équipe et à prendre des initiatives.

Intérêt pour le secteur et le bien-être.
