Sales Manager France
Our client (founded in 2003), a workwear management solutions company selling capital equipment to the healthcare sector is looking for a Sales Manager France to come on board.

Job Description:
Demonstrate continuous pipeline growth
Achieve annual sales quota
Build and manage existing sales channels
Maintain day-to-day relationships with key customer functions
Develop a good understanding of the business and technology involved
Account management of existing accounts
Work with Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities
Provide sales advice and a consultative sales approach to all customers
Conduct competitor research regarding new products, pricing, merchandise etc.

Requirements to an ideal candidate:
BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - preferred
Minimum 5 years of a sales experience in a Healthcare sector
Capital equipment sales experience (an Advantage)
Experience working for an international company - preferred
Hands-on individual with proven track record in sales
Highly motivated with a "hunter" mentality
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with strong numerical capabilities
Hands-on approach with a "can-do" attitude
Salesforce (an Advantage)
Fluent in French and English
Willingness to travel across France
