Clone crée des marques de restauration virtuelles dédiées à la livraison et faciles à gérer en exploitant des espaces de cuisine inutilisés. Nous nous occupons de tout : branding, sourcing, marketing et communication. Un partenariat gagnant-gagnant permettant aux restaurateurs de se digitaliser et d’accéder à un marché en pleine croissance.

Mission : Quel sera ton rôle ?

En tant que stagiaire en Opérations Commerciales et Business, vous travaillerez dans le département Growth avec le manager des Opérations Commerciales et Business ainsi que l’apprenti des Opérations Commerciales.

Votre rôle consistera à maintenir tous les outils utilisés par les équipes de Clone, à optimiser leur utilisation et à les garder opérationnels afin d’augmenter les performances de Clone (Hubspot, Pandadoc, Typeform, Planhat...).


Tes responsabilités :

  • Gérer l'outil de ticketing interne et traiter les demandes internes (assistance avec les outils internes, optimisation des processus, etc.)
  • Maintenir une boîte à outils claire et propre (Hubspot, Planhat, Pandadoc) ainsi que toutes les automatisations/intégrations associées
  • Définir et déployer de nouveaux processus, visant à optimiser les performances de Clone
  • Se concentrer sur les performances commerciales et surveiller les activités de vente
  • Créer et partager des rapports/tableaux de bord visant à optimiser les performances commerciales


Compétences techniques :

  • Vous recherchez un stage pour terminer vos études (ou "Césure") en école de commerce ou d’ingénieur
  • Bonne compréhension des outils (CRM, Looker, etc.)
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel/Google Suite
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais
  • Bonus : vous avez une première expérience dans les opérations commerciales ou business dans un environnement en forte croissance
  • Une première expérience en tant que commercial ou dans les opérations commerciales serait un atout majeur


Soft Skills :

  • Esprit entrepreneurial : vous recherchez des processus à optimiser, sans qu’on vous le demande
  • Compétences commerciales : vous comprenez et connaissez les défis quotidiens auxquels les commerciaux sont confrontés
  • Gestion de projet : gérer 3 projets en même temps est une habitude pour vous
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
  • Esprit : chaque problème a une solution
