You are joining the European leader in the translation and multilingual content industry. A fast-growing French ETI, from 77th to 5th in the world in 5 years, operating in 25 countries, generating €300M in turnover and counting 200+ sales among its 2,500 employees.
Acolad covers all industries, caters to large accounts (> 1,000 employees up to the Fortune 500), and works on long and complex multi-million dollar sales cycles. We sell B2B SaaS as well as multiple services (translation, interpreting, digital content, DTP etc.).

As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting regionally based strategic revenue driving initiatives with key leaders including providing market and performance analysis, supporting our Business operations processes (Business Planning, Target Setting and Achievements) and supporting territory management.
You will be instrumental in providing insights to Sales Management on their Sales teams performance as well as supporting the CRO and Head of Sales ops deploying global Sales Strategy initiatives through data analysis, project management and tool implementation.
**Responsibilities**:
**Go to Market Strategy roll out**
- Provide market insights and Sales performance analysis to European General managers and Head of Sales.
- Proactively analyze and report on trends and key findings related to Business planning and provide business recommendations
- Support HoS to roll-out their GTM strategy by providing supporting analysis, key market insights and tool implementation
- Work closely with HoS and HoP to ensure data in Salesforce and in PM tool is updated and reflecting accurate Sales data
- Support and drive local Revenue initiatives push: local contest/challenges
**Business Operations**
Support Sales leaders to run all Quarterly processes, including:
- Business Planning
- Forecasting process from commercial teams for existing and new business
- Support Sales teams in the Account planning process and Territory mapping process
- Target Setting
- Collection of Sales Teams & individual Targets
- Ensure Compensation plans are in line with Sales roles and company Sales comp philosophy
- Achievements
- Support Quarterly Bonus calculations process in collaboration with Sales ops, HR and Sales managers
- Action Plan
- Propose any aditional pro-active sales initiative to help HoS and GM to achieve their revenue targets
- Share and help to implement best practices and revenue initiatives implemented in other scopes
**Project Management**
- Strengthen our existing Business Operations processes in collaboration with Sales Ops team
- Secure change management structure to support any global revenue initiative push
- Align with Sales ops team for Sales training needs and follow-up impact with Sales teams
**Requirements**:
- Master 2 diploma in Finance or Business
- 5+ years experience in Business Intelligence, FP&A, Sales Operations, Consulting
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and partnering in a matrix organization
- Advanced Excel skills
- Great analytical and organizational skills as well as strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure with a keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization.
- Ability to structure, monitor and validate data to ensure data integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with global sales teams
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
