Quelles sont les missions ?
Notre client est un laboratoire suisse qui développe une maque de cosmétique de luxe.
Il recrute un Key Account Manager Retail Channel F/H en région parisienne (majoritairement en télétravail 50% du temps en visite clientèle et points de vente).
Missions :
* Soutenir la préparation des plans financiers et la mise à jour des prévisions commerciales.
* Développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies commerciales et des plans promotionnels avec le marketing.
* Définir une feuille de route pour l'expansion des canaux de distribution.
* Assister dans les négociations commerciales et suivre la performance des clients grands comptes.
* Coordonner le référencement des produits et suivre les prévisions de vente.
* Assurer la gestion administrative des ventes, incluant les commandes et paiements.
* Mettre à jour les informations clients et optimiser les procédures internes.
* Collaborer avec divers départements (Marketing, Finance, Opérations) pour optimiser la performance.
* Travailler avec la force de vente et les formateurs pour exécuter les stratégies commerciales.
* Participer à la supervision et au développement des ventes en magasin.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Profil :
* De formation commerciale, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire dans le secteur des cosmétiques et du luxe ;
* Vous êtes un professionnel de la vente avec une connaissance particulière du terrain et des problématiques wholesale ;
* Vous maitrisez les relations commerciales avec la distribution et négociation ;
* Goût du challenge, proactif, créatif, esprit analytique.
