  • ADVISE : Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la transformation de leur fonction RH, à travers une redéfinition de leur organisation RH et de leur digitalisation SIRH

  • IMPLEMENT : Partenaire des principaux éditeurs du marché, nous réalisons des projets de mise en œuvre technique et fonctionnelle de toutes les solutions SIRH (SaaS ou On-Premise) : Cegid, Cornerstone, HR Access, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Sage, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Silaexpert, TalentSoft et Workday.

  • RUN : Grâce à notre expertise paie globale, nous proposons à nos clients plusieurs degrés d’externalisation de paie

 

VOS MISSIONS

 

En tant que Workday Solution Architect, vous aurez pour mission de participer activement au développement de la Practice intégration Workday, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Direction de projets

  • Superviser les projets et vérifier que les exigences des clients et les engagements sont respectés (du point du vue technique et budgétaire en particulier)
  • Anticiper et gérer les risques techniques, financiers, juridiques et contractuels des projets
  • Piloter la relation-client en maintenant une relation de confiance et de long terme
  • Animer et manager les équipes techniques intervenant sur les projets

En interne

  • Participer au recrutement et au développement des collaborateurs
  • Répondre aux appels d’offres
  • Participer à des projets internes

 

 

VOS ATOUTS

 

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée de plus de 2 ans dans le métier de conseil qui vous a permis d’obtenir une connaissance approfondie de l'implémentation de Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Idéalement, vous êtes intervenu(e) sur des projets à l’international et / ou des projets internationaux
  • Vous saurez allier dynamisme, rigueur, capacité d’écoute et d’analyse, et esprit d’équipe pour travailler dans un environnement de projet innovant et motivant. Vous disposez également d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation et d’une aisance orale.
  • Vous êtes mobile géographiquement et maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais
