Nous concevons et livrons nos ressources matérielles, ainsi que nos infrastructures. L'industrie chez OVHcloud regroupe les activités clés de la tel que la supply chain, le manufacturing, la maintenance mais aussi l'ingénierie et la R&D. Nos équipes innovent en permanence et cet engagement au quotidien garantit un niveau de service compétitif et de qualité pour nos clients.
Vous intégrez l'équipe DATA CENTER, responsable du déploiement et de la maintenance des datacentres. Elle est également chargée de définir une stratégie de développement des datacentres répondant aux objectifs de croissance d'OVHcloud.
Intégré au sein du comité́ de direction des Datacentres du périmètre et rattaché au Manager du site, le Technical Leader supervise l'activité des techniciens.
Vous organisez, planifiez et suivez les opérations de rackage, de connexion, de mise à jour et de customisation de serveurs afin d'atteindre les objectifs définis.
Vous êtes responsable de l'animation de l'activité d'une partie de l'équipe de techniciens de maintenance informatique polyvalent, travaillant sur un rythme en journée.
Vous contribuez à l'amélioration des process opérationnels afin d'optimiser la productivité et de garantir la mise à disposition et en conformité des produits.
Vous agirez en tant que Leader et expert, en fournissant une expertise technique aux techniciens de maintenance informatique polyvalent.
Vous travaillez en binôme et vous reporterez directement au Datacenter Manager.
**#Missions**
Rattaché au Datecentre Manager, vous relevez les défis suivants:
- Assurer la maintenance serveurs et le bon fonctionnement des installations DC
- Assurer la maintenance curative et préventive des serveurs
- Participer aux dépannages d'urgence des infrastructures des datacentres et si nécessaire, escalader vers les personnes compétentes en accompagnant jusqu'à la fin du dépannage (réseau, refroidissement, électricité, climatisation...)
- Effectuer les remises en état et optimisations du parc de serveurs non loués
- Assurer le reporting auprès de la hiérarchie
- Recevoir et suivre le matériel envoyé par le siège et/ou sous-traitants, prestataires
- Suivre les commandes de matériel, prestations, maintenances, stocks, spares
- Organiser l'activité d' une partie de l'équipe de technicien, en support au DCM:
- Être le référent technique de son équipe et apporte son expérience et son savoir/savoir-faire auprès de ses collègues, notamment dans la résolution de problèmes
- Contribuer à la bonne intégration des nouveaux arrivants et au développement des compétences, du savoir et du savoir-faire : animation de modules de formation techniques, outils, process / développement des équipes via les matrices de compétences
- Suivre, prioriser et coordonner l'activité des techniciens (interventions maintenance et projets)
- Mettre à jour les indicateurs du service et suivre le plan d'actions associé (GTI/GTR/MTTR, accidents, écarts qualité, etc )
- Analyser les écarts, proposer les actions adéquates et les suivre (Audits, respect des standards, documentation, temps d'intervention,)
- Piloter, animer et suivre l'amélioration continue du secteur (Top5, 5S, Post mortem,)
- Garantir la bonne gestion des documents qualité
- Veiller à la bonne tenue du site et garantir le bon fonctionnement des outils

- Issu(e) d'une formation bac +2/3 en informatique / production
- Compétences et affinités dans le domaine de l'informatique
- Une première expérience significative en Datacentre (>3 ans)
- Anglais professionnel apprécié
- Solides connaissances en Hardware
- Connaissance de logiciels de Gestion de Production Assistée Par Ordinateur (GPAO)
- Utilisation de logiciels de gestion de stocks
- Expérience industrielle dans la gestion de la maintenance IT
- Connaissance de méthodes de résolution de problèmes
- Maîtrise des outils (monitoring v3, Excel,...)
- Fait preuve de dynamisme, de réactivité et d'autonomie
- Sens des responsabilités, prise d'initiatives,
- Rigueur
- Très bon relationnel, bonne capacité de communication et de synthèse
- Capacité à animer et fédérer une équipe
- Avec un grand sens du service, vous souhaitez avoir un impact positif sur vos contacts internes et / ou externes.
- Vous êtes ouvert sur le monde et travailler dans un contexte international est un aspect important pour vous.
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
