Notre cabinet recherche un Business Manager (H/F) pour l'un de nos
clients, jeune et dynamique société de conseil en Ingénierie
(création en 2020) qui compte plus de 100 collaborateurs et qui
connait une forte croissance. La société fait du support
opérationnel en accompagnant ses clients (principalement issues du
secteur industriel) sur des projets d'innovation, de R&D, de
performance opérationnelle et de digital.
Ce poste est basé à Boulogne-Billancourt.
En tant que Ingénieur d'Affaires Junior (H/F), vous serez formé et
accompagné par votre manager coach ou votre mission principale sera
de développer votre portefeuille client, de créer et suivre votre
activité tout en manageant votre équipe de consultants
Vous avez les responsabilités suivantes:
- Analyse et développement d'un portefeuille de prospects ;
- Gestion et suivi d'une équipe de Consultants ;
- Recrutement des ressources humaines liées à votre activité ;
- Suivi et développement commercial de vos comptes client ;
- Mise en place des stratégies de développement commercial ;
- Coordination entre les différents interlocuteurs dans la
réalisation d'actions commerciales ;
- Établir une veille commercial permanente et déceler des
opportunités commerciales ;
- Reporting à votre direction commerciale.
Ce poste est basé à Boulogne-Billancourt
**Description du profil**:
De formation ingénieur ou commercial, vous justifiez d'une première
expérience réussie de 1 à 2 ans (stages et alternances acceptés)
sur un poste de commercial B to B idéalement en société de conseil
ou en tant qu'ingénieur en milieu industriel.
En plus de vos qualités de chasseur(euse) et de votre excellent
relationnel, vous savez identifier et dénicher les différentes
opportunités commerciales, quelles qu'en soit les difficultés.
Vous êtes pro-actif(ve) et aimez les nouveaux challenges dans un
environnement passionnant et en constante évolution. Idéalement vous
avez de bonnes connaissances en finance d'entreprise.
