We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our commercial activities, drive recruitment, and manage client relationships:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Recruit and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services
- Negotiate and sign contracts with clients to deliver technical assistance
- Monitor and report on the delivery of services to clients

Requirements:
