Missions :

Au sein d'une petite équipe, vos missions principales sont :

-Réaliser des ventes dans le respect du budget des usines (tonnage et prix de vente).
-Identifier et établir des relations suivies avec les décideurs chez les clients.
-Gérer les réclamations clients avec le soutien de l'usine et le traitement des réclamations (20/30% du temps).
-Comprendre les besoins des clients, apporter des solutions techniques en lien avec les services internes.
-Soutenir la gestion des réclamations des clients en vérifiant et en diagnostiquant les défauts des produits.
-Soutenir les usines pour améliorer la qualité des produits en remontant les informations clients.
-Établir des relations avec les différents services en interne (service clients, Crédit Management, logistique, qualité etc...).
-Développer une connaissance fine des tendances du marché et des besoins des clients.
-Assurer la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie de communication pour soutenir l'atteinte ses objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.
-Analyser et proposer des optimisations pour le suivi des clients.

Profil : PROFIL

De formation commerciale (BAC + 3 minimum), vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction commerciale ou technico-commerciale dans l'industrie papetière ou carton.
Une expérience ou une formation technique sera un atout important dans ce poste.

Vous avez la capacité à développer de nouveaux comptes et prescrire les produits du groupe.
Vous avez le sens des affaires et la capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients.
Proactif(ve), vous êtes capable de développer une stratégie commerciale et résoudre les problèmes associés à votre activité.
Vous savez transférer des informations pertinentes sur le marché de manière pragmatique au Directeur des Ventes Pays.
Dynamique, autonome et force de proposition, vous êtes habitué(e) à travailler dans une approche matricielle et dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
Vous avez une bonne capacité de communication et d'animation et êtes capable de travailler avec des clients exigeants.
Déterminé(e), proactif(ve) et excellent(e) négociateur(trice), votre profil de développeur d'affaires associé à vos compétences techniques et votre connaissance des circuits de décisions chez les clients vous permettront de réussir dans cette fonction.
Anglais courant, une autre langue sera un atout.
Capacité à travailler avec les outils IBP.
Disponibilité pour voyager en Europe.
