Avec plus de 400 entreprises clientes, Zenride est le leader du vélotaf en France.

Zenride accentue son développement et souhaite s'implanter dans le tissu d'ETIs en région.

Au sein de l'équipe commerciale, vos principales missions seront :

Mission 1 : Se créer ses opportunités commerciales avec des ETIs de son territoire

Prospection : identifier ses cibles prioritaires, créer une stratégie de prospection et la déployer personnellement et conjointement avec l'équipe SDR afin de prendre des rendez-vous commerciaux

Animer un réseau de partenaires régionaux (clubs, magasins, partenaires Zenride) afin d'obtenir des rendez-vous commerciaux

Participer à des événements régionaux pour rencontrer des décisionnaires d'entreprises

Mission 2 : Signer des contrats avec de nouveaux clients entreprises de catégorie ETIs

Développement des relations commerciales :
- Établir des relations solides avec les décideurs au sein des ETIs.
- Présenter les produits et services de Zenride de manière convaincante.
- Faire des proposition technico-commerciale adaptée (faisabilité, planning et coûts), des démonstrations des outils et répondre aux appels d'offre des prospects le cas échéant
- Négocier les contrats et les accords commerciaux.
- Rencontrer physiquement ses prospects

Atteinte des objectifs de vente :
- Suivre ses objectifs de vente trimestriels et annuels définis par la direction commerciale.
- Mettre en place des stratégies efficaces pour atteindre ces objectifs.

Reporting :
- Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l'activité commerciale et les performances.
- Alimenter le CRM avec ces informations de toutes les interactions avec les prospects/clients
- Remonter les informations du terrain à la direction pour adapter la stratégie commerciale

Mission 3 : Mettre en place les conditions d'un program management pour assurer un déploiement du service Zenride dans les meilleurs conditions et maximiser le taux de pénétration chez le client

Négocier contractuellement avec le client les conditions de déploiement du service Zenride, les objectifs et ses engagements dans le déploiement du service au cours des prochaines mois

Mettre en place un comité d'organisation chez le client avec différentes parties prenantes et des sponsors clés et définir les dates régulières de rencontre pour suivre le déploiement du service

Préparer avec l'account manager le lancement du service Zenride

Les avantages

Le poste est basé dans la région de Lyon. Un bureau en co-working est financé par Zenride. 2 jours par mois au siège à Paris sont demandés (les A/R en train et hôtels sont financés par Zenride).

Les contrats de travail sont de 38 heures hebdomadaires.
