SUMMARY


Coordinate sales collateral and reports with customers in France, account line reviews, account specific trade shows, manage the samples requests for France, maintain market retail landscapes and coordinate all marketing requests for France.

Support of ongoing account management activities by managing various reporting, maintenance and execution projects.

The Sales Coordinator & Digital Merchandiser for France will be the key contact for back office tasks and will help to improve online content with E-com and Click & Mortar customers.

This role will be a 20 hours / week contract part time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Complete customer setup sheets/quote sheets/sample requests/image requests as needed by account
  • Coordinate retail landscapes quarterly and create and send monthly news and information to French customers
  • Coordinate marketing requests and work with the Marketing team in Atlanta for merchandising, displays, ads, catalogues, trade show collateral
  • Respond to ad hoc retailer requests for hi res images, dimensions, info, etc.
  • Complete Head to Head product comparisons where necessary
  • Maintain retail landscapes by market for the region
  • Support Sales Managers in sales calls, trade shows, mailins, customer follow up and internal meetings related to specific accounts

This includes:

  • Compile presentation sell sheets.
  • Request any samples, prototypes and collateral material requested for above events.
  • Manage call collateral and other requested support material by submitting requests on the Collateral Tracker and/or Requester found on the Marketing Portal and following up with personnel responsible for deliverables.
  • Submit sample request for in stock samples and work with Product Managers and Brand Managers for acquisition of updated prototypes, samples, and product information as needed for web content, catalog, and account maintenance by retailer
  • Manage any special projects assigned by Account Manager as needed to support growth and management of accounts
  • Coordinate trade fairs where Kids II is representing their brands
- coordinate with suppliers and vendors and arrange samples and travel arrangement for all tradeshow members of Kids II

  • As Digital merchandiser will make sure we have the most updated online content with our customers and will help to improve our visibility.
  • Support to help chasing new customers in French territory ( Building decks, tailors made newsletters )
  • Responsible for updating the B2B French Website to feed customers with updated information.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 25 years previous sales support experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end
  • Fluent or Native in French & English.
EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Must be highly proficient/advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
