**_MISSIONS_**

Posté basé à Bordeaux.

Chez Libon, la data est cruciale et transverse, nous travaillons avec toutes les équipes (Produit, Marketing, Finance, backend, support, voix etc.).

En tant que Head of Data, ta mission sera de définir et mettre en oeuvre la roadmap data en captant et analysant les enjeux business et les besoins des différentes équipes

Ton rôle suivra donc deux grands axes:
**_ Stratégie_**
- Accompagner la prise de décision des différentes équipes
- Anticiper les besoins en fonction des évolutions (produit, marketing)
- Identifier les prochains outils / approches qui aideront l'équipe data à être toujours prête pour les prochains challenges
- Identifier les prochaines données à traiter (ingérer / manipuler) pour répondre le plus rapidement à de futures analyses

**_Responsabilités d'équipe_**
- Animer l'équipe : backlog, vision long terme, discussions, revues
- Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs (data analyst, data scientist et data engineer)
- Être garant de l'affectation des projets entre les différents collaborateurs de l'équipe.
- Faire progresser et accompagner la montée en compétences de chaque membre de l'équipe, techniquement comme humainement.
- Définir les objectifs et les moyens à mettre en œuvre pour les atteindre par le biais d'entretiens et le suivi de leur progression tout au long de l'année.

**_Ta première année chez Libon :_**
- Construire une vraie équipe pérenne et de recruter les nouvelles forces vives de l'équipe qui aideront Libon à grandir
- Continuer la consolidation de la plateforme : il faut grandir vite mais ne pas créer de dette technique

**_PROFIL RECHERCHE_**
- Tu as entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience et tu as déjà managé une équipe data
- Tu parles couramment français et anglais

Véritable business partner, tu sauras créer du lien avec l'équipe marketing digital et terrain pour améliorer la performance des actions menées
