En collaboration avec les équipes du site, vous êtes la première image d'hudi pour nos membres. Votre bonne humeur et votre attention aux détails seront des facteurs essentiels à l'attractivité de l'immeuble et de la marque employeur des entreprises locataires.

**Vos missions**:
En collaboration avec les équipes du site, vous avez la charge de:

- Organiser un service de qualité en veillant à la satisfaction clientèle
- Gérer et former le personnel
- Contrôler les encaissements et s'assurer de la sécurisation des fonds
- Gérer les stocks et les approvisionnements (commandes, contrôles à réception, inventaires, analyses des écarts)
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiènes et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires du restaurant (fidélisation client, événementiel)
- Gérer chaque fin de mois le P&L, l'inventaire et le chiffre d'affaires

**Compétences et profil**:

- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre excellent relationnel et votre leadership
- Dynamisme, polyvalence, rigueur et esprit d'équipe sont vos atouts
- Vous avez une sensibilité à l'univers des produits bio et l'environnement
- Diplômé d'un(e) Licence / Master en Hospitality Management, vous justifiez d'une première expérience, de 2 à 3 ans, ainsi que d'une expérience managériale réussi
