Job Description

Vous rejoignez notre équipe Client Relationship Management Strategic au sein du département Chief Client Office (CCO) de la CIB (Corporate & Investment Bank), qui recherche un CRM Strategic Officer , pour une alternance de 1 an à partir de septembre . Cette équipe est en charge de capter, comprendre et relayer la voix du client (VOC) en coordonnant les différentes expertises au sein de la banque afin d'améliorer la satisfaction du client.

En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :

Accompagner les client relationship managers dans leurs missions du quotidien ; Agir comme point de contact privilégié sur un portefeuille client d'asset managers dans un objectif de développement de la relation commerciale ; Participer aux enquêtes de satisfaction auprès de nos clients stratégiques (Corpo,FI,Assurances, etc.) ; Aider à la mise en place du plan d'action post feedback client (Activité Global Market, Global Trade, ECM/DCM, etc.) et assurerer le suivi transversal auprès des équipes concernées ; Être force de proposition dans l'automatisation permettant de faciliter le suivi des indicateurs de performance au day to day (dans le cadre de préparation de réunions clients notamment) ; Aider l'équipe dans la conception et la mise en place d'un suivi sur les réclamations clients sur le périmètre CIB

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Étudiant de niveau BAC, vous préparez un diplôme (universitaire, d'école de commerce ou d'école d'ingénieur),avec une spécialité en Finance.

Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite (analyse et synthèse).

Vous êtes sérieux, rigoureux, avec un esprit d'initiative et dotés de bonnes capacités d'adaptation.

De plus, vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (Word, PPT, Excel) et avez des connaissances en VBA et Python.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
