**Missions et Responsabilités**:
- Contribuez activement au succès de notre équipe en participant à l'intégration et à la formation de vos collègues.
- Établissez des prévisions de chiffre d'affaires quotidiens dans notre logiciel Tenzo.
- Élaborez des plannings de travail adaptés à l'activité, en respectant les ratios de masse salariale dans Combo.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef pour atteindre nos objectifs de marge brute.
- Assurez le suivi des variables de paie pour que le service des ressources humaines puisse établir les salaires en fin de mois.
- Supervisez la bonne utilisation de nos logiciels de réservation (Sevenrooms, OpenTable).
- Gérez les réservations et les reconfirmations avec professionnalisme pour optimiser le chiffre d'affaires.
- Coordonnez les briefings du personnel avant chaque service, favorisant une ambiance positive et motivée.
- Connaître le calendrier des événements de l'établissement et coordonner leur bon déroulement.
- Enquêtez sur les plaintes des clients et résolvez-les avec empathie et diligence.
- Assurez la gestion des approvisionnements nécessaires pour le service en salle : linge, couverts, décoration, vin, alcool, café
- Veillez à l'entretien continu des équipements d'exploitation du restaurant (porcelaine, verrerie, vaisselle) et planifiez les réassorts.
- Coordonnez les opérations de maintenance.
- Coordonnez les changements de menus, les flyers et la signalétique extérieure avec le service marketing.
- Contrôlez les inventaires réalisés et effectuez le suivi de ces opérations.
- Gérez la caisse.
**Profil**:
- Connaissance du contexte, des enjeux et des acteurs du secteur de la restauration.
- Connaissance des procédures d'hygiène et des normes HACCP.
- Capacité à établir des plannings de personnel tout en respectant les normes légales et les ratios de main-d'œuvre, et à développer et conserver un vivier d'employés potentiels et actuels.
- Connaissance des logiciels pour la restauration.
- Capacité d'organisation et d'adaptation.
- Aptitude à faire preuve de pédagogie dans la formation des équipes.
- Accessibilité et écoute envers tous les membres de l'équipe.
