La charge fiscale d'impôt globale du groupe dépend de différents facteurs et emporte diverses conséquences qu'il convient de maîtriser : c'est le rôle du Manager Global Tax datas Forecast, Reporting and analysis
Rattaché directement au Directeur Groupe des affaires fiscales et douanières, ce Manager Global Datas Tax Forecast Reporting and Analysis assure une mission clé autour de 4 axes majeurs:
1. Responsable des datas tax du groupe, c'est-à-dire du reporting fiscal groupe et de son approche analytique ;
2. Responsable de l'analyse de la charge fiscale du groupe et de son impact sur le TEI pour la partie impôts directs avec une dimension prospective ;
3. Responsable de suivre, prévoir et analyser la trésorerie fiscale du groupe (cash out) ;
4. Responsable de la préparation et dépôt des déclarations fiscales mondiales (type CBCR) et de la mise en place des réformes fiscales mondiales BEPS de type Pilier 2 et Pilier 1.
Pour ces différentes missions, détaillées plus bas, la personne occupant ce poste devra savoir travailler en étroite collaboration avec le réseau Tax & Custom, ainsi qu'avec les autres départements de Direction Financière Corporate (comptable, conso, tréso, controling notamment) afin de notamment:
- Sourcer et fiabiliser les informations multiples et très variées à récupérer (datas) ;
- Etre en mesure de pouvoir procéder à une analyse pertinente de l'ensemble de ces données ;
- Pouvoir être force de proposition dans le cadre de cette approche analytique pour améliorer l'atteinte des résultats en lien avec les objectifs du département fiscal, de DCF et du Groupe.
De même, pour mener à bien ces missions, la personne occupant ce poste devra être en mesure de faire progresser notre outil de reporting fiscal des datas en liaison avec DOTI si nécessaire.
Enfin, ce poste nécessite une compréhension high level des grands enjeux de la fiscalité directe et indirecte nationale et internationale qui impactent directement ou indirectement la charge d'impôt du groupe ainsi que les zones de risques liés aux potentiels contentieux fiscaux ou positions fiscales incertaines ou à risque prises à l'échelle du groupe.
Responsable des datas tax du groupe, c'est-à-dire du reporting fiscal groupe et de son approche analytique ;
- Mettre en place et suivre l'ensemble des données fiscales du groupe, comprenant la charge d'impôt directe et indirecte, les contentieux fiscaux, les contrôles fiscaux, les positions fiscales incertaines ou à risques, autres ;
- Enrichir et faire évoluer un outil de reporting fiscal mondial pour répondre à ces besoins ;
- S'assurer d'un maximum d'interface dans la remontée des données ;
- Fiabiliser les données auprès des concernés ;
- Être garants de ces données dans le cadre de nos publications internes et externes ;
- Représenter le Département Fiscal à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du Groupe pour toutes les questions liées au reporting et l'analyse de la charge d'impôt.
Responsable de l'analyse de la charge fiscale du groupe et de son impact sur le TEI pour la partie impôts directs avec une dimension prospective ;
- Analyser la charge fiscale du Groupe ;
- Revue des preuves d'impôt en collaboration avec les head of tax concernés (via le TCOC et aussi en les coordonnant de manière séparée) et l'équipe conso ;
- Suivre le taux effectif d'impôt de l'exercice en cours, son évolution par rapport aux exercices passés et sa projection sur le closing et les exercices à venir ;
- Suivre et gérer les principaux facteurs du taux d'imposition (notamment les différences temporaires et permanentes) ainsi que l'impact des changements des règles fiscales ;
- Appréhender et anticiper ces éléments de manière proactive et être force de proposition ;
- Documenter et expliquer les positions fiscales en interne et vis-à-vis des CAC pour les sujets fiscaux lors des revues semestrielles et aussi auprès du top management ;
- Développer et aider au déploiement de la stratégie fiscale du Groupe dans le respect des obligations légales tout en maîtrisant les risques fiscaux. Dans ce cadre, définir la stratégie spécifique à son domaine
Suivre, prévoir et analyser la trésorerie fiscale du groupe (cash out) ;
- Suivre la position de trésorerie fiscale du groupe ;
- Coordonner toutes les équipes concernées pour appréhender l'effet cash out de la charge fiscale globale ;
- Analyser et partager des projections.
Responsable de la préparation et dépôt des déclarations fiscales mondiales (type CBCR) et de la mise en place des réformes fiscales mondiales BEPS de type Pilier 2 et Pilier 1 ;
- Suivre et transposer les réformes mondiales OCDE (mais aussi potentiellement ONU) pour leurs aspects transverses et déclaratifs mondiaux ;
