Missions 1:
Organization of commercial activity
- Gather the information necessary to develop a commercial action plan for professionals
- Formalize a business action plan corresponding to the company's business objectives in a given geographic area or market
- Formalize a visit plan based on portfolio analysis and a plan of commercial actions
- Prepare your customer appointments
- Prepare specific commercial days or actions
Missions 2:
Carrying out commercial actions towards customers and prospects
- Analyze and understand the prospect's needs
- Propose solutions that meet the needs of the prospect
- Adapt the offer to specific needs
- Analyze and report precisely the technical specificities specific to each installation
- Respect the pricing policy of the company in connection with the commercial director
- Explain the conditions of sale, delivery, installation and payment
- Present services likely to complete the product offer chosen by the customer
Missions 3:
Monitoring of commercial activity
- Perform realtime reporting on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool
- Track the order and installation in coordination with the relevant departments
- Control the progress of the finalization of the sites
- Monitor clients satisfaction
- Monitor the handling of disputes in compliance with company rules and with the departments concerned
- Control the preparation of invoices (acompte, intermediate and final)
- Supervise the payments of its customers and proceed to reminders if necessary
