Description du poste :Société de conseil spécialisée dans les métiers de la performance économique, référente en France : achats, gestion de projet et contrôle de gestion. Référente dans son domaine, avec une communauté de plus de 700 consultants spécialisés dont 500 acheteurs, en France et à l'international. Le groupe, fondé en 2005, réalise un chiffre d'affaires de 75M€ en 2022 et poursuit son développement en Europe et au Canada. Notre client développe son projet d'entreprise, avec l'ambition de devenir le leader européen du conseil spécialisé en achats à horizon 2025 : une croissance organique de +20% et des acquisitions stratégiques dans le métier des achats. Dans ce contexte, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur Business Manager pour accompagner l'agence dans sa croissance Sous la responsabilité d'un Directeur de Business Unit, vous gérez votre propre centre de profits. Ce poste s'articule autour de 4 activités principales : Le développement commercial :- Générer des opportunités commerciales en prospectant de nouveaux clients
- Optimiser la rentabilité des affaires auprès de grands comptes et de comptes de taille intermédiaire
- Négocier et conclure des contrats sur des missions d'assistance opérationnelle, au forfait ou de conseil
- Garantir un déroulement optimal des prestations pilotées
- Garantir la satisfaction client et l'atteinte des objectifs fixés en début de mission
- Sélectionner et recruter de nouvelles équipes de consultants
- Être en charge de l'évolution des carrières des consultants (entretiens annuels, formations...)
- Gérer votre propre équipe de consultants
- Piloter votre propre centre de profits (P&L, ...)
- Organiser et coordonner la relation commerciale avec vos partenaires
