Our client, a rapidly expanding jewellery brand, is looking to recruit an International Sales Manager to develop sales and distribution partnerships for a trendy and unique product range. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness across Europe, the US and APAC.


Candidates must have sales experience and expertise in the jewellery, watch, or fashion lifestyle market, with significant experience in selling to fashion retail partners / distributors / wholesalers / concept stores on an international scale. You must be comfortable with significant travel for events and store openings worldwide.


Your ability to deeply connect with the brand's identity (funky / unisex) and values will be instrumental in establishing strong relationships with customers and driving engagement with brand.


Role based in Paris. Fluency in French and an excellent command of English is essential.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities and expand brand presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels, including partnerships, collaborations, and retail opportunities, to further strengthen the brand’s market position.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with brand positioning and messaging.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation and market differentiation.
  • Provide product training and support to retail partners and sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility and foster relationships within the jewellery and lifestyle sectors.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales efforts.



Profile required:

  • Previous experience in international sales within the jewellery, watch, or fashion lifestyle sector, with a strong understanding of retail sales processes and channels.
  • Passion for trendy jewellery / fashion brands with ability to develop and a deep understanding of the brand’s identity, values, and target audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and attend industry events.


Salary: 60-70K€ basic + 10-15K€ bonus
