Retail Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Business Manager to join our team at PaHRtners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key accounts across perfumery, parapharmacy, and retail channels to drive B2C and B2B growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and customer retention goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and achieve budgetary goals.
- Oversee wholesale clients in the Benelux region and ensure alignment with group strategy.
- Implement measures to manage overdue accounts, retain existing customers, and gain new ones.
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience.
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Strong interest in the market, competition, and products.
- Ability to manage sales budgets and prioritize tasks.
- Very good command of English, French, and Dutch.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and customer-, results-, and solutions-oriented.
- A dynamic and international work environment.
