French Sales Leader
We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Leader to take charge of our sales team in France. The ideal candidate should have prior experience collaborating with local distributors and retailers in France and possess a background in sales management. This person will be accountable for setting up the sales team, supervising its operations, devising sales strategies, and fueling business growth. Familiarity with France local retail landscape and resources, along with expertise in home security, audio or charging product categories is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Build and manage the sales team to guarantee the attainment of sales goals and performance targets.
Ø Craft and implement sales strategies to expand market share and boost business profitability.
Ø Forge and maintain strong bonds with local distributors and key retailers in France to drive product sales.
Ø Analyze market trends and competitors to offer crucial insights for business decisions.
Ø Expand new sales channels and partnerships to enhance sales opportunities.
Ø Manage the sales budget to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Qualifications:
Ø A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management role
Ø Candidates with expertise in home security, audio, or charging product categories will be given priority.
Ø Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ø Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ø Capacity to formulate strategic plans and execute them effectively.
Ø Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Fluent in English and French
