Pour accompagner sa forte croissance, BLUETTI est à la recherche d’un Sales Manager pour rejoindre notre bureau basé à Paris, en CDI.
Missions :
- Prospection commerciale : créer et développer un réseau de nouveaux clients
- Mettre en œuvre la prospection commerciale et suivre les prospects contactés
- Identifier de nouveaux interlocuteurs chez les clients afin de déployer l’offre commerciale
- Élaborer des plans de compte stratégiques pour les clients clés et établir des relations positives et productives avec les clients
- Fidéliser et fertiliser les comptes existants en développant le chiffre d’affaires généré par chaque client
- Participer à des visites de sites, à des réunions de planification pré-conférence et à des réunions appropriées sur le lieu de l'événement, si nécessaire, afin de soutenir l'expérience événementielle du client
- Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés par la direction
- Coordination entre les différents départements en interne tels que le service marketing, ADV etc.
Profil recherché :
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en commercial ou en KA management dans le secteur
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Aisance relationnelle et orale, fortes capacités commerciales
- Fortes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Forte motivation
- Français natif, anglais ou chinois sera un plus
