We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in Paris to succeed an employee approaching retirement. The ideal candidate will manage local clients and brands nominations, with a strong background in the textile or clothing industry, preferably with experience in interlinings. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of the market. The position requires also frequent travel within the country.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Oversee the nomination process, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.


Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the textile or clothing industry, with a preference in interlinings.
  • Passionate, proactive, energic and with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
