Strategic Sales - Business Developer for Eastern Europe

Within IDEMIA’s Public Security Business Unit, we are currently seeking a Strategic Sales Business Developer for the Travel and Transportation business line. Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe – Travel and Transportation, you will serve as a key commercial partner and play a critical role in driving the growth strategy across Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing commercial deals and develop new opportunities across several European countries, including Germany and Eastern European markets such as Poland and the Czech Republic.
- Drive sales of advanced security and passenger processing technologies.
- Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Lead the creation of project proposals and marketing materials.
- Represent the company at business meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
- Set and implement both short- and long-term sales objectives and policies.
- Collaborate closely with local program teams and client solution teams to align efforts.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in selling complex IT solutions, preferably in the public sector and/or the travel and transportation industry (airports, airports operation, airlines, maritimes, rails).
- Fluency in English or French is required.
- Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, Polish, or Czech is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
