Spiko is a fintech startup launched in 2023 and based in Paris. Our websites are www.spiko.fr and www.spiko.xyz.
We are building a platform that enables the issuance and seamless access to next-generation financial instruments, which are Internet-native and can be transferred 24/7.
Our first products are Money Market Funds approved by the French Financial Markets Authority. These products provide individuals and corporations with easy, programmable access to the risk-free rates in both € and $.
In 2023, we raised €4M with support from Frst, Kima, and Blockwall. Our investors also include top execs and founders from the fintech industry.
Job description
We are looking for our first designer.
In this role, you will lead all our design initiatives and have a versatile role both on the product design and the graphic design fonts.
You will mainly work with the product and the marketing to:
- conduct UX/UI research with investors in Spiko funds;
- transform product ideas and wireframes into user-centric designs;
- own and improve the UI/UX of our landing pages to maximize conversion;
- develop and standardize a unified design and brand system;
- oversee creation of digital content for marketing and commercial purposes, including communications, articles, and documentation.
Who we’re looking for
Requirements:
- min. 2 years of experience in product design;
- a passion for creating engaging and seamless user experiences;
- proficiency in prototyping and testing methodologies;
- expertise in using Figma;
- comfortable working in an English-speaking environment;
- genuine interest in fintech products.
Nice to have:
- comfortable working in a French-speaking environment;
- experience in graphic design and in graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent).

- Flexible options: part-time or full-time;
- Remote work policy: the company is based in Paris - full-time employees can work remotely up to 2 days per week & 1 full week per month;

Hiring process
- 30-minute remote screening interview with Antoine (COO);
- 1-hour interview with Paul-Adrien (CEO);
- A small case study (around 2 hours) and a debrief interview with Antoine (COO) and Paul-Adrien (CEO).
