Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Design Director to lead our design team and drive the development of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.
About the Role
- Lead and mentor a talented team of designers and UX researchers to foster professional and personal growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across all products.
- Represent Ledger's design philosophy within the company and in the web3 community.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in Product Design and User Experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Product Design, user research, and UX copywriting.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
