Joining our European team as a Customer Success Associate gives you the opportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of Material Bank in Europe. You will have an opportunity to work directly with our Members (Architects and Designers, and brands) from across Europe.


Your focus will be on working with new members and new brands at Material Bank, helping them to navigate our revolutionary platform and guiding them as they place their first order.

What you’ll do:


  • Identify and contact new members for free access to Material Bank that have not yet placed an order on the platform.
  • Drive the on-boarding, adoption, retention and overall success of our Brands and Members.
  • Lead the enablement of our Brands and Members by conducting product trainings.
  • Provide regular, proactive recommendations to optimize the use of our platform.
  • Maximize the adoption of our newest product features in order to increase the value driven by our product
  • Drive inbound and outbound inquiries to prospective members.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our partnership with Brands and Members.
  • Ensure all issues are quickly resolved, utilizing resources from cross-functional teams.
  • Function as the voice of our Brands and Members and provide internal feedback on how Material Bank can better improve their services



You might be a fit if you have:


  • Fluency in English
  • Additional second language: German, Italian, French or Spanish
  • 2 - 4 years relevant work experience in a customer success role
  • A growth and development mindset, not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, credibility, present, and to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to influence others
  • Experience successfully managing customer engagements and satisfaction
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
