Your Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and providing continuous support
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement throughout their experience
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Recognizing client needs and promoting additional training programs
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the Customer Success framework
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a strong interest in customer relations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Robust organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving situations
  • Prior experience in B2C customer relations is advantageous
